Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can, return it to us in its original condition within 14 days, of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. (Subject to the conditions below). You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online. If you are returning an item because of an error, on our part or because it is damaged or defective, within 28 days of despatch, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment, originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. Should any warranty claim be made after this period return shall be at the customers cost and any replacement shall be at our cost.
A).Any goods stocked can be returned subject to the manager's discretion and should be in a new, saleable condition.
B).Any goods purchased specially will only be accepted subject to the manufacturer accepting the item back and may be subject to a restocking charge and must be in a new saleable condition.
C).Should the manufacturer refuse to accept the goods back on a non-return policy, we will be unable to accept back for credit.
D).Any goods returned faulty will be exchanged or credited subject to the manufactories terms and conditions.
E).In the event we or the manufacturer find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
In the event that goods have been incorrectly picked or damaged in transit, we of course apologies sincerely and kindly ask that you notify us within three days of receipt of goods. You may call us on 01522 883420 or email us using headoffice@reid-electrical.co.uk. Please give your order reference number and a brief description of the fault. Please remember, as stated before that all returns unless faulty need to be in a new, unopened, saleable condition. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
